Using your Nella stuffing horn is easy. First, choose the right netting size from the compatible ones (20, 22, 24, or 28). Then, place the meat into the large rear opening of the horn. Slowly push the meat through to the front opening. This is great for boneless and semi - boneless meat cuts and helps reduce shrinkage of netted meat. When you're done, clean the stuffing horn with warm, soapy water. Make sure to dry it thoroughly to prevent rust, as it's made of stainless steel.
