When adding ingredients, be careful not to overfill as it has a 2.6 - quart capacity. If you have the tempered glass lid (sold separately), put it on to keep the heat in and watch the food cook. After use, let the pot cool down completely. Then, clean it with warm, soapy water. The non - stick interior makes cleaning simple; just use a soft sponge to avoid scratching the coating. Store it in a dry place to keep it in good condition. Remember, the handles are oven - safe, but always use oven mitts when taking it out of the oven.
