Using your Hoshizaki HNC - 150BA - R - SLH Sushi Display Case is a breeze. First, find a suitable spot for it on your countertop. Make sure there's enough space around the unit for proper ventilation, especially at the back and sides where the condenser airflow is. Plug it into a 115V, 60Hz power outlet using the provided 6.5 - foot cord with a 5 – 15P NEMA plug. You'll notice right away how bright the LED lights are, which is great for showing off your sushi and other foods. The 4 food plates that come with the case have radius grooves, so just place your sushi or other snacks on them. If you want to improve the cooling, you can turn the food plates upside down. There's a 5.6 - inch plate space on top of the unit that you can use to display more food. Cleaning the case is easy thanks to the full - length front curved glass. Just wipe it down regularly. The 1 - inch drain at the front with the vinyl hose helps with any water that might collect. There's an NSF - approved thermometer inside, so you can keep an eye on the temperature. For maintenance, check the condenser regularly to make sure it's not blocked.
