Once it's set up, you can start loading your bun pans from the end. This makes it super convenient to place and remove the pans. You can use it in your commercial kitchen, bakery, or restaurant to store all your baked goods. Since it's freezer - safe, you can even keep your items in the freezer on this rack. When moving the rack around, just unlock the casters and roll it to where you need it. Then lock the casters to keep it steady. As for maintenance, it's pretty low - key.
