Using this Nella pan rack is super easy. First, assemble it following the instructions included. It comes knocked down, so you'll need to put it together, but it's not too tricky. Once it's assembled, place it in a suitable spot in your kitchen. You can roll it around easily thanks to the 5 - inch heavy - duty casters. Then, just slide your 18" x 26" full - size sheet pans into the racks. Make sure to space them evenly according to the 3 - inch slide spacing. As for maintenance, wipe the stainless steel surface regularly with a mild cleaner to keep it looking great. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the surface. And if you notice any loose parts, tighten them up right away to ensure the rack stays stable and safe to use.
