It has a knock - down design with welded angle slides, so it's not too difficult to put together. Once assembled, place it in a suitable location where you want to store or transport your lug boxes. You can easily roll it around using the 5 - inch casters. When loading the rack, place your lug boxes on the slides, up to a maximum of 6 boxes. Remember, the lug boxes are not included, so you'll need to provide your own. As for maintenance, regularly check the welded angle slides and casters for any signs of wear. If the rack gets dirty, you can clean it with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Since it's made of aluminum, it's relatively rust - resistant, but keeping it dry will help it last even longer. Also, avoid overloading the rack beyond its capacity of 6 lug boxes to maintain its structural integrity.
