This Hobart FP100 - 1 continuous feed food processor lets you quickly slice and shred fruits, veggies, potatoes, and more. It's designed at a 50° angle for easy operation and has a small base that takes up little counter space. There's a carrying handle on the back for easy moving. The housing is made of anodized aluminum with rubber feet to prevent skidding. The removable feed hopper is burnished aluminum, and the feed hopper, pusher, and deflector plate are of acetal thermoplastic. It has a 1/3 hp motor with a fixed 420 RPM plate speed, making cutting, chopping, slicing, and dicing a breeze. Using your Hobart FP100 food processor is easy. First, make sure the power is off by checking the red 'OFF' button. Then, put the ingredients you want to slice or shred into the large half - sized feed hopper. Once you're ready, press the green 'ON' button. The 420 RPM plate speed will quickly do the job. Remember, this processor has an interlock switch, so keep it in mind for safety. When it comes to maintenance, after each use, turn off the power and unplug the unit. Remove the feed hopper, pusher, and deflector plate and wash them with mild soap and water. The anodized aluminum housing can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
