Then, plug it into a 110V, 60 Hz, 1 Phase outlet using the NEMA 5-15P plug. Choose the right accessory - the wire whisk for light mixing, the dough hook for kneading dough, or the beater for general mixing. Put your ingredients in the 7-quart bowl and start the mixer. Use the side dial to adjust the speed according to your recipe. When you're done, unplug the mixer. You can clean the bowl and accessories in the dishwasher to remove tough stains and stuck-on food.
